Community Preservation Commission Deadline

December 1, 2020 deadline to submit Community Preservation Act Pre-Proposals

The 2020 deadline to submit proposals for Community Preservation Act-funded projects is coming up soon (December 1, 2020). CPA funds can be used for projects related to open space, recreational land use, preservation of historic resources and community affordable housing. Learn more about the CPA program criteria and application process.
