The Leverett Home Ownership Assistance Program

(HAP) provides up to $50,000 to assist in the purchase of a house. A deed restriction is then placed on the property to preserve long term affordability. Homes purchased through the program cannot exceed $270,000.

Down Payment Assistance Program

The Leverett Down Payment Assistance Program (DPAP) provides a homebuyer with a 5% of the purchase price of a house, in the form of a zerointerest loan that is only repaid upon the sale or transfer of the property. Homes purchased through the program cannot exceed $280,000.
