The Franklin Regional Council of Governments and the Town of Leverett are hosting an open house for public input on the Leverett Complete Streets Prioritization Plan on Thursday, January 30, 2025, 5:00-6:00 p.m., at Leverett Town Hall. A Complete Street is one that provides safe and accessible options for all travel modes, such as walking, biking, horses, transit, and motor vehicles and or people of all ages and abilities. With an approved Prioritization Plan, the Town can apply for funding to implement Complete Streets improvement projects. All Leverett residents are invited to the open house to review and comment on the Prioritization Plan recommendations and make suggestions to improve biking, walking and transit accommodations around the Town. If you are unable to attend, you can view the Prioritization Plan recommendations in a Story Map here: https://frcog.org/project/complete-streets-funding-program-assistance-to-towns/ and submit comments and suggestions to Laurie Scarbrough at lscarbrough@frcog.org<mailto:lscarbrough@frcog.org> or 413-774-3167x139."
