The domain name for the GoNetSpeed (formerly Otelco) online billing site “SmartHub” will change next Tuesday evening, May 24th. There will be a brief interruption of service while this maintenance is ongoing, beginning at 6:00PM. Customers are seeing a similar message when they log in to the portal.

GoNetSpeed will also update the links on their website, but if customers have the URL bookmarked they should update their bookmarks to https://gonetspeed.smarthub.coop.
