The Assessors are responsible for assessing all property in town at full and fair market value. This accomplished by on-site inspections of property and analysis of actual sales. Field inspections are performed for all new construction, renovations, and recent sales, as well as periodic reviews of other property.
The Assessors maintain property record cards for all real estate in town. All taxpayers are welcome to review their cards and discuss the data and valuation with the Assessors.
