  1. Meeting Preliminaries

  2. Public Meeting for Determination of Applicability

    • 7:09: 83 North Leverett Rd Studio - Diane Gorenstein, Tony DeVeitro

      General Discussion...
After looking over the diagram for the project the Commission suggest that the stream and the pathway from the house to the proposed studio be marked on the diagram. A site visit is proposed to take place around July 31st with a public hearing on the submitted NOI tentatively scheduled for August 3, 2020.

    • 7:31: Leverett Pond Permit 0200-0166 - The Commission suggests that the Friends of Leverett Pond write a new NOI and not have the 2010 permit extended (which was extended in 2017 and is due to expire in October 2020). A discrepancy was found between the area permitted for management in the NOI and the Order of Conditions. The permit must describe the amount of area to be managed for the entire time period of the permit and not a yearly area measurement.

    • 8:04: Highway Department Bundled NOI - The Commission looked over the materials of the drafted bundled NOI from the highway department and suggested that each culvert listed should have a description of what work is need. There was also a suggestion to emphasize the fact that this work is being done for health and safety of town residents.

    • 8:24: 23 Cider Mill Rd- garage and electrical conduit project - The Commission suggests that the next step for Kristen Chamberlain is to submit a NOI for the project on her land.

  3. Administrative Matters

    • 8:33: Public Meetings at Town Hall update

      General Discussion...
The Town Hall now allows up to 7 people in the town hall at the same time. At present the Commission wishes to continue to hold the meetings remotely due to health concerns regarding COVID-19

    • 8:40: In-Lieu-fee funding

      General Discussion...
Interest in having the information on the grant shared with the Commission Chair

  4. Old Business

  5. New Business

    • 8:42: 83 N. Leverett Rd Hearing Date

      General Discussion...
August 3rd is proposed as a hearing date for this project

  6. Other New Business not considered as of the date of this notice

    • 8:43: Eversource Meeting - Eversource sent an e-mail requesting to be placed on the September 2020 agenda and to have a remote meeting with the Commission in July. Gail and David are interested in being at that meeting.

  7. ACCESSING MEETING
