- Administrative Matters
- Notice: Under the Friends of Leverett Pond (FLP)/DEP 200-0196 Wetlands Protection Act permit; DEP Waterways WW01-0000167 Dredging Permit and the Friends of Leverett Pond agreement and proposal with the LCC, an Eco-Harvester will arrive at Leverett Pond and pull invasive aquatic weeds as described in the proposal dated February 14, 2024. The machine will work from June 18-20, 2024. Pulled weeds will be loaded onto a trailer as the Eco-Harvester works and will be deposited for mulching in the gravel quarry owned by L&F Construction west of Route 63.

- Executive Session to prepare for mediation session regarding the access easement across 101 Shutesbury Road (Evans-Marlowe) to the Gordon King Life Estate property (Leverett Conservation Commission)
Purpose of Executive Session: (3) Exception to the Open Meeting Law (MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)): To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
The Commission will not return to Open Meeting after the Executive Session.
