4. Minutes of the 8/19/2019 meting

   • - Todd moved to approve minutes of the 8/19/2019 meeting as amended. Sylvan seconded. Fair abstained. Motion passed.

   • - 1. Pumping Reports: 194 Long Plain, 18 Montague, 180 Long Plain, 76 Montague, 179 No. Leverett

   • - 2. Received from Greg's Waste Water Removal Title 5 Inspection Report dated 8/15/2019 for 121 Dudleyville Rd., owner Jon Kallio. System passes. Received from Jon Kallio check #1035, dated 8/15/19 for $150.00 for Title 5 Inspection.

   • - 3. August 5, 2019 minutes

     MOTION, moved by Michael Fair, seconded by Peter Sylvan: To accept the minutes of the 8/5/2019 meeting as amended. .

     Pass: Aye: Peter Sylvan, John Hillman, Michael Fair. Abstain: Sarah Todd. Not Present: David Stultz.

   • - 4. Fair spoke to Michael Dover (member of the Revenue Committee) they discussed policies and procedures of the Board of Health. Review of fees etc. is the board revenue neutral.

   • - 5. Fair will attend a meeting with DEP in Springfield to meet with geologist to discuss the plume from the capped landfill affecting the surrounding homes.

   • - 6. E-Coli was found in the wells at 46 Shutesbury road and 101 Teawaddle Hill Road. Testing will Continue. Carbon Filters are contaminated and need to be replaced.

   • - 7. Tick Presentation is scheduled for September 29 2019 at 2PM. Clerk will contact the Town Clerk to reserve the town hall space (1-4) and have her put notice on the town's website.
