    • - 2. Elder Outreach Program position; do seniors and infirmed residents of town need help getting to vaccination sites or getting information? The Select Board agreed to hire someone for the position using CARES Funds and Contact Tracing Funds. Hillman will supervise the hire.

    • - Citizens Business: Permits and general questions for the board.

    • - 1. Received an email from the Planning Board requesting our input on the following: In general, what is a reasonable required size to protect health for a lot with public water and private sewer? Our Health Agent, Stephen Ball will write a letter to the Planning Board explaining the Title 5 standards.

    • - 2. The town Transfer Station is asking that the "take it or Leave it" shed be reopened. The board discussed that they would be more apt to reopen the shed if there was ample air circulation, hand cleaners, signage and only 1 person or pod in the shed at a time. A preferable alternative would be setting up tables outside to eliminate the confined space but continuing to limit to individuals, pods and/or 6’ spacing. Fair will contact the transfer station director with the boards decision.

    • - 4. There was an email requesting information relative to covid-19 and subject to Massachusetts public records law. BOH responded via emailed 2/5&11/21 explaining our minutes are available online and what was being asked could take some time and we would require payment for the time. Hillman spoke to the person requesting the information and individual is satisfied with information he provided her.

    • - 5. COVID-19 situation in Leverett: A student at LES was staying with his father in Pelham - the father tested positive for COVID-19 . Can the child come back to the mother's house in Leverett and attend school? The school officials are aware of the situation.
