DRAFT SAMPLE WARRANT Article One: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectboard to take all necessary and appropriate actionto establish and to maintain, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 164 of the General Laws and in accordance with the rules, regulations and orders of the Department of Public Utilities and the Department of Telecommunications and Cable, a municipal lighting plant for all purposes allowable under the laws of the Commonwealth, including without limitation the operation of the telecommunications system and any related services, or take any action relative thereto. Article Two: To see if the town will voteto appropriate from available funds a sum of money not to exceed forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to pay for an owner’s project manager and architectural services and related expenses needed to complete schematic design drawings for the repair and/or replacement of the roof and windows in the 1950and 1956 portions of the Leverett Elementary School, or take any action relative thereto.
